- Establishing and analyzing financial objectives, strategies, short

- Responsible for petty cash payments, account management.

- Responsible for management and marketing plans of affiliated businesses
such as advertisements, shops, parking lots, underground stores and
real estate investment, leasing and selling.

| Information Technology Division |
- Responsible for TRTC’s overall information system development, including
management of the computer facilities and operation of the mainframe.
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of the application
systems.

- Responsible for personnel management and labor-management relations.

| Purchasing and Warehousing Division |
- In charge of the procurement of materials, machines, tools, instruments
and components required for operations, maintenance and business matters.
- Contracting out construction work and labor services.

- Responsible for official documents, official seals, file management,
general affairs management, public relations and affairs not pertaining
to other units.

| Industrial Safety Division |
- Carrying out quality assurance policies, objectives, projects and
occupational activities.

- Deliberating and examining rules and regulations.
- Interpreting dubious points.
