Eligibility: Senior citizens aged over 65 and people with disabilities and their escorts may purchase discount tickets on presentation of a valid ID.
Valid only on the day of issue. Passengers who override should make up the fare.
Usage: When entering, insert the ticket into the slot. When an arrow appears, retrieve the ticket and push the turnstile to enter. When exiting, ticket will be retrieved by the gate. Passengers may push the turnstile to exit.
Maokong Gondola Super Value Round-Trip Ticket: (Launched January 11, 2013)
NT$120 (NT$20 deposit included).
This ticket is valid for one round-trip and an additional free ride from first use until the end of service on a single day. Valid for only one person each journey. Additional free ride is not redeemable for cash. If the ticket is not fully used, the free ride is forfeit.
This ticket cannot be value-added. The deposit can be claimed by returning the ticket within 3 days from first use. Damage to the ticket forfeits the deposit.
Additional NT$10 handling fee for refund of super value round-trip ticket after it has been used for a single journey.
Availability: Sale and refund at all Gondola stations.
Usage: Place the ticket over the EasyCard logo at the gate. When it beeps or an arrow appears, push the turnstile to pass through.
Group Ticket:
There is a 20% discount for groups of 10 or more passengers and 30% discount for groups of 40 and more.
No refunds can be given once issued. The ticket must bear TRTC's stamp.
Usage: Contact station staff to enter/exit the station through the Group Ticket Entrance/Exit.
Maokong Gondola Bulk Purchase Ticket
Passengers can activate the ticket before the expiry date. It is valid for 2 Gondola rides from first use until the end of service on a single day. Good for one passenger only.
Invalid if ticket has expired.
No refunds can be given once issued.

Availability: For sale at all metro stations, Gondola stations or convenience stores with EasyCard logo on presentation of valid student, police or military ID.
Digital Student Identity EasyCard
Eligibility: Students.
Deduction: Full fare.
How to apply: Centralized application services through local education authorities or schools applying to EasyCard Corporation.
Concessionaire EasyCard
Eligibility:
1. Senior citizens aged over 65 or people with disabilities;
2. Children with a height between 115cm and 150cm or who are aged between 6 and 12 years old.
Deduction: Full fare.
Availability: For sale at all metro stations, Gondola stations or convenience stores with EasyCard logo.
(Note: Disabled passengers and their escorts, and Senior citizens aged over 65 may purchase the half fare ticket on presentation of a valid ID from the Information Counter in the Gondola station.)
